Apple Week is always a fun one! There are so many crafts to make involving painting and stamping and we love taste testing of course!
Using apples cut in half to stamp apple shapes
This was made with the palm of a child's hand plus their thumb and fingerprint. So sweet!
Our drying rack is filled with wonderful work each day!

Apple taste testing....which one is your favorite?
Yellow was our class favorite! After making a class graph whole group, we worked on counting and graphing our own individual graphs based on the results. We got to use words like "most, least, first, last" and compared between two colors.
Our colorful apples will be beautiful hanging in a sunny window!
Rolling dice and counting the dots then finding that number on our apple tree. What a great counting activity. Recognizing the dots on a dice without counting is called subitizing and it's a big skill in kindergarten right now. We'll continue this skill all year.
