Insect Week!

What a fun week exploring insects!  We learned insects need to have a head, thorax, abdomen, 6 legs and antennae to be considered an insect.  We even went on an insect scavenger hunt to find some on the playground.  We have been busy bees for sure!

Easter Week!

We had a wonderful week celebrating Easter with our friends!  We love all of the Easter fun that involves bunnies, eggs and candy but we made a point to understand the real meaning of Easter....the resurrection of Jesus. :). 

Shake and guess what's in my egg.  We used our excellent listening skills, waiting our turn and deductive reasoning with this activity. :).
