Pet week!

Doggies, Kitties, fish and even hermit crabs had our attention this week! We love using our new theme each week for new art work, new center ideas, new books, new songs and theme related goodies on our "table work." Each new theme gives us a chance to share with our friends what we know about the topic and learn even more. :) We were definitely experts in the area of pets!

We are identifying and reading our color words!

Sometimes you have to get in costume to go about your day at preschool. :)

Wow! 4 friends working together sharing the cars for this town!

The pattern blocks have been a hit this week.

We definitely have a class of builders!

Great structures boys!

Working so hard....and looking good while doing it! :)

We love using bingo dotters to make patterns.

Blue, green, blue green.... Perfect!

With some paper, glue and scissors, our minds can make anything! What a great house, complete with windows and a chimney!
We started student of the day this week. Everyone gets to take home the box and put goodies inside to bring back to share. This is fun for us and helps us improve our communication skills.

Watercolors always make our artwork bright and colorful!

We had a birthday this week! Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you!!

Since it was pet week, we got our hermit crab out for a visit. The class built this wall for him and we placed him in a bowl of water. They loved watching him move around.

Hi there Mr. Crab...I think the class named him Batman or Mario??? The vote was so close. ha!

  1. These pictures are fun to see. Joseph loves school this year. He never wants to leave school.

Mrs. Tracy is so awesome! LAP outpaces all in quality of teaching and learning!

    Much love,
