It was a red, white & blue patriotic kind of week! We learned about a few famous past presidents and what the president's job is for our county. We talked about what we would do as president and did plenty of patriotic crafts. We had a fun week with our friends!
This was fun....they learned about heads and tails on coins and flipped and charted their results.
We are cute enough to go on a $100 bill for sure!
We had our own voting experience. We had ballots and voted on the best pet. We charted our results and were excited that dog won!
We had 3 more adorable student of the days
Putting sentences back together with familiar sight words. So smart!
G is for glasses
What a tower!
This was such a fun activity that as a teacher, I wasn't sure which direction they would go. ha! They worked as team to make paper links for our new flag bulletin board. This took good fine motor skills, some spatial reasoning and working together. I was so impressed with how well they did and our bulletin board looks so good!
We use white boards to practice our letters, words, our names and short sentences.
Reading time!
