Apple Week!

There were so many fun activities to do with apples this week!  We loved taste testing different varieties, stamp painting with apples, coloring, labeling and our favorite...seeing the star inside of an apple. :)
Coloring a basket of apples for a beginning of the year color sample for our portfolios 
We cut, glued and labeled the parts of an apple!  So smart! 
We are reading our color words on our skill sheets.

Jaggy our Jaguar travels with a new friend each week. We love hearing the stories of the fun things he gets to do with each family!

We are working on one to one coorespondence when we place an apple sticker on each 10 frame to show the number. 
We hope you were able to hang your apple picture in a window to see the sunlight shining through-so pretty. :) 
We made our favorite apple pages into a class book that we can read on our own in the library.
