Valentine's Day Week

Love was in the air this week at LAP!  We talked a lot about ways to show love and kindness to our family, friends and neighbors.  This group doesn't have much trouble with this...look at these sweet, loving faces! :)

"Who do you love?"  They stretched out each word and wrote down the sounds they heard to spell their family and friends by themselves. WOW!

Working on counting groups of objects and writing or stamping our numbers.

We love parachute time!  Trying to keep the ball in the middle while it bounces all over-so fun!

We sorted our conversation hearts by color, then counted and graphed.  Then of course we ate our work!! :)
Our sweet hands make the perfect heart!

Community Helpers Week!

We had such fun week talking about the many important jobs people do in our community.  We set up our own vet shop and we had many patients and doctors all week. :)  We enjoyed a visit from the New Albany Animal Shelter and loved petting their two friendly poodles.  On Monday the library will visit us.
