Valentine's Week

Last week was an exciting week as we celebrated love and friendship with our theme Valentine's.  We loved talking about all the people we love and care about and how we show love to our friends and family.  We also spent one day going through the Minds in Motion maze right in our classroom!  We absolutely loved it and cannot wait until we get to our new building and get to enjoy it everyday!  Thanks so much to all of the parents that were able to join us for our Valentine's day party!  We love the families at LAP!
We learned about symmetry while we decorated our Valentine boxes.
We worked on our letters at the writing table...
and Mrs. Beth helped us complete our boxes.
Ta-da!
We each took a picture like this so we could make a Valentine frame during the party.
On Tuesday, Mrs. Jennifer taught us all about our new Minds in Motion maze. We had 17 different stations that we got to do for one minute before we rotated to the next.  We loved it and can't wait to do it everyday in our new building.  Here are some of the kiddos in action.

Yummy!  We made a graham cracker cookie with icing and sprinkles on the inside. :)
We worked hard to read our friends' names and pass out Valentines to the right boxes.
Thanks for a super fun party!!  See you Monday!
