Turkeys and Thanksgiving Week!

We had much to be thankful for as we celebrated Thanksgiving over the last two weeks.  We are most thankful for our new friends, our teachers that love us and getting to play and learn each day at school.  I am thankful for these awesome kiddos that make each day exciting and fun!

Mrs. Amy from Motion Studio visited us for a fun session of movement!

Sometimes we take some time to build floor puzzles with a partner.  Look at these great skills!

We did several colorful turkey projects

I LOVED reading what each student was thankful for!  Such sweet and thoughtful answers. :)

Practicing for our Christmas Program coming up!

Graphing our favorite Thanksgiving food

Together, we made a giant fruit bowl and they loved eating this!  We have some serious fruit eaters this year!

Time to make our own butter...something they may have done at the First Thanksgiving.  We used whipping cream and had to work as a team to shake, shake, shake until we had creamy butter.

They approved!  Yummy!

Happy Thanksgiving to all these sweet turkeys!
