We put our green thumbs to work this week planting green beans and flowers. We learned that plants need water, sun, air, space and soil. We also learned the parts of a plant.

The sensory bin was so fun this week! We used gardening shovels and made our own flower pots.
I cannot express how much our learning has taken off since Christmas! This is my favorite time of the year where the lightbulbs go off like crazy!! These kiddos have been writing so many sentences! I am sooooo proud of them!
Mrs. Stacy and her husband John were sweet enough to bring in some baby chicks and a full size chicken from their farm! Our farm theme is in a couple weeks but these baby chicks weren't going to look so babyish in a couple weeks so the time was now. :). We LOVED seeing them so much!
The snack mom this week made some super special snacks to go with our theme! The kids loved them!! Thank you to Mason's mommy!
