We had so much fun our last two weeks before winter break with Christmas activities! We used our creativity to make several special gifts and ornaments for the tree. We got to learn about the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus and celebrated his birthday with a sundae party! We were busy, busy elves in our room working and creating to make it a special holiday. :) Using food coloring and corn starch to create a bright holiday light painting Painting beautiful trees
The stocking were hung by the "calendar" with care. :)
We are writing and reading many letters and words now!
Painting candy canes and realizing it's an upside down "J" for Jesus. :)
Coloring the stable scene
Making reindeer food for Santa's sleigh to see at night!
Yummy! Celebrating Jesus' birthday with sundaes.
The three wiseman...made with our handprints of course. :)
I decided to create this blog as a way for our families to see what a week of preschool looks like at Lafayette Academy. Enjoy seeing your little ones in action!
