Pete the Cat Week!

We had a wonderful week celebrating one of our favorite book series....Pete the Cat!  We think Pete the Cat is hilarious and love to read his stories over and over again.  So glad we got to have so many friends join us this week during our make up days.  Here are some pictures from the week. :)

 

Rainbow Week

We had a great week making colorful rainbows and talking about leprechauns and St. Patrick's Day!

We have worked on at least 24 sight words now!  Can you believe it?  

This was a colorful art project...we used the colors of the rainbow and added salt to give it a bright shimmer. 

 We reviewed this week with some independent practice with our letters and numbers. 

We added another poem to our poetry notebooks and we'll start sending these home after break.
